How Nike Used Lean Innovation to Inspire A New Way of Thinking
In partnership with Nike Sustainable Innovation, Moves the Needle facilitated and coached Exploration Sprints.
The Work
Four teams of senior directors and managers were chosen to help drive new innovation through sustainability. During the Sprint Nike teams engaged over 300 consumers directly, ran 12 rapid experiments testing market-viability of new ideas in one week, using new techniques in consumer empathy development.
